"Grondleggers" - Is a creative way of image representation regarding the values of Festival Cement, which talents emerge in the direction of theater, dance, text and visual arts.
“Grondleggers” is a concept that was created during the Quick & Dirty workshop, in collaboration with Festival Cement.
The purpose of this workshop was to quickly translate their values, visions and authenticity into images.
Since they are founders of emerging talent in the direction of theater, dance, text and visual arts. I wanted to make this part of my image process.
In this way, I literally started pulling everything that had to do with the word 'founders' out of the ground. I started to copy these, which created a whole pattern.
In combination with some playful typography and the riso printer, my own images were produced.
My posters and the posters of my fellow students at that time, would be on display during Festival Cement in 2020. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, this could not take place.
